1LT Tyler E. Parten, 24, of Arkansas, died Sept. 10 in Konar province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents
attacked his unit using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment,
4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.
All gave some, some gave all... Let
us honor this great hero with our efforts!

ParaBellum! We are very excited to be a new CrossFit Affiliate, and look forward to spreading a little CF love around Turlock.

OUCH! That looks like it hurts! Please read this article on how and when to bail out of a bad lift. Practice with light weight BEFORE you actually need to do it with heavy weight.

feel like you are completely in the dark it will include running, clean and jerks, and tire flips. The exact format of the
workout will depend on the exact number of people that show up to each class! Should be fun!
